James Clark holds thirty four years of commercial aerospace and defense experience, including sixteen consecutive years of successful P&L responsibility for a $1.4B NYSE corporation. Prior to starting Mereo 4, he delivered substantial revenue and earnings growth through the leadership and development of a diverse group of aviation supply chain companies covering $700m in global revenue, including engine / aircraft trading, government / defense logistics, component repair, and landing gear maintenance. His career also includes extensive international experience, including fourteen years based outside of the US. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bradley University, and completed the CEO Perspectives Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
David Perri is a twenty year veteran of the commercial and defense aviation aftermarkets. Before accepting his position at Mereo 4, Mr. Perri had served as the Vice President & General Manager of a large US defense contractor where he led his business to revenue of $250m, a five-year compound growth rate of 22%, and a return on invested capital exceeding 100%. His group was awarded the two largest program contracts in company history, co-awarded the largest single commercial distributorship in company history, and signed exclusive distributorships with seven Original Equipment Manufacturers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
